Postage charges and weight. In the US, there are 2 practical way to mail the rules. Media mail (good old book rate) and priority mail. For non US orders, airmail seems to be the most cost effective, followed by Global Priority/Express through the post office. So that you can estimate your postal costs, use the following weights and use zip code 49058 as the 'from' address. Weights include all packing materials, box, book bags, etc. www.usps.com and from there, add $1 to the order which covers cost of materials. This is exclusive of other merchandise and covers only the CY6 rules and scenario books. We don't add 'handling fees', we treat it as a cost of doing business.
